Project Description

Hikari CS is a Netherlands-based company that takes care of customer service for online stores, combining trained multilingual support agents with an AI helpdesk for Shopify and e-commerce brands. We designed and developed the Hikari CS website and continue to support the team with digital marketing: Google Ads, landing pages, social media visuals and customer success stories.

Hikari means “light” in Japanese, so we built the website around clarity: light, open layouts, short copy and a clear path to getting in touch. The site explains a complex service in a few seconds, shows online stores how outsourcing support keeps their customers happy for less than an in-house team, and gives the marketing team pages and case studies they can expand without a developer.
