Project Description

InvoiceQuick is online invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses who need more than a basic invoice template but don't want complex accounting tools. Users create and send professional invoices and estimates, set up recurring billing and automated reminders, track whether invoices are viewed or paid, and let clients pay through a branded portal. We designed the logo, the brand identity, the marketing website and the product.

We built the product around the three things users do most: creating an invoice, sending it and getting paid. Templates, estimates, recurring billing and client management stay one click away, and the dashboard shows at a glance what is paid, viewed or overdue. The brand and website present InvoiceQuick as simple, trustworthy and fast, the middle ground between a free template and heavy accounting software.
