Project Description

Trafft is online appointment scheduling software used by salons, clinics, gyms, coaches, tutors and other service businesses. It covers booking pages, calendar management, automated reminders, online payments, multiple locations and integrations with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom and Stripe. From 2019 to 2023 we created Trafft's logo and brand identity, designed and developed the marketing website, and designed the product experience for both businesses and their customers.

Booking should take seconds, for the business and for its customers. We designed customizable booking pages, schedules and payments around the fewest possible steps on any device, and kept the admin side simple enough for small teams without a technical background. A friendly, confident brand helps Trafft stand out in a crowded scheduling market, and the website turns a long list of features into a clear story for each type of business.
